With just a few taps, users can make payments and extend parking directly from their smartphones. The "Where's My Car" feature effectively remembers the last parked location, adding convenience for users.

The app operates on a user-friendly "just a few clicks" principle, offering favorites such as preferred parking spots, instant payment options, and a comprehensive parking and payment history.

Users can easily locate and search for parking zones on maps, including detailed information on parking tariffs. Navigation to the selected parking zone is also accessible directly through the app.

Installation and registration are straightforward. Users simply download the app to their device and launch it to create a user account. The registration process requires entering an email address and selecting a password, after which a confirmation message will be sent to complete the process with one-click verification.

To initiate payment for parking fees, users must link a payment card that has online transactions enabled. By navigating to the My Payments tab and selecting "Add Credit Card", users are directed to a secure payment portal to authorize the card with a nominal initialization payment of CZK 1. This process verifies card validity and security in accordance with ČSOB standards, ensuring full preparedness for safe usage. The CZK 1 amount will be refunded to the user's account after verification. Upon successful payment, the credit card is linked to the user's account, with all sensitive information secured and stored within the ČSOB bank system.

Purchasing a parking ticket is simplified; users can select their desired parking location and duration via the "Buy ticket" icon. After confirming their agreement with the parking fee, they can complete the transaction through a secure payment gateway. Additionally, if needed, users can extend their parking ticket without having to visit a physical terminal.
